The guy placed a new lock charged 700 dollars and the handle fell off the next day, trying to call them for one week but they haven’t send anybody… have literally called 8 times every time they say somebody is on the way and then nothing ……
I'm giving a one star because I called to inquire about the office location shown on my gps. I was informed there are no physical locations and a locksmith would be dispatched. (Which is fine) I told the young lady, I declined to go any further and ended the call. The young lady called me back to finish what she had to say. (Ok, that's cool).
