I called to find out if they could make a replacement key fob for a 2012 audi a6. The gentleman who answered the phone was very quick to tell me he couldn't do it and suggested an alternative for me. He didn't try to sell me anything and seemed very knowledgeable. It was refreshing.
Went to get a new car key cut, Phil was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. I was in and out of there with a new key for a great price. I will be going again if I have any key related issues
