Absolutely 1st rate. I needed a broken VW key replace. I found these folks on the web, after a lot of searching and asking our dealer, hardware store, mechanic. Responded quickly, gave me good set of options - full replacement key at half the price of the dealership, replacement key to hang on the working fob, we looked at re-shelling the fob but after examination determined that this particular fob couldn't be opened and re-shelled.
