Easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I had a skilight installed 9 months ago and I'm still waiting on them resolving multiple issues with it. I've contacted them many times, despite frequently being ignored they eventually got back to me saying they'd replace the faulty items. Still waiting on these replacements. After 1 year of waiting it's finally been resolved but the process was so painful.

Installed a Keylite window 3 years ago and turned out to have a faulty seal. It leaked and damaged my ceiling. Would not purchase again and would advise against them.

The worst customer service you could imagine! Stay well clear, spend the extra money and buy Velux instead, I can’t stress this enough!
