Ordered a blind, it came very quickly but unfortunately was faulty, I logged it with Karina in Keylight, she had a new blind out to me in days! no arguments, no hassle, just fantastic customer service.
I wish I could give 0 star . Terrible service . Ordered a keylight window blinds according to the size of window I bought . I have spent around £96 . It’s way too small and asked for return. After returning this they only gave me £74 .50 !! what a robbery!! 21.50! Taken for what ! When there blind is not made as per there window size ! It’s not real keylite who selling the window but it’s false name they use that’s why it’s matching with the same side of widow and then they rob your money without shame . Never again . Easily the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I had a skilight installed 9 months ago and I'm still waiting on them resolving multiple issues with it. I've contacted them many times, despite frequently being ignored they eventually got back to me saying they'd replace the faulty items. Still waiting on these replacements. After 1 year of waiting it's finally been resolved but the process was so painful.

Installed a Keylite window 3 years ago and turned out to have a faulty seal. It leaked and damaged my ceiling. Would not purchase again and would advise against them.
