I sent an enquiry about a rental property, and not only did they not answer my question, but they then sent me like a hundred spam emails! I would never trust this agency to handle any rental of mine.
We were renting a property that Keyline took over managing. Their communication was very poor (even the landlord was frustrated!). They tried to make unreasonable demands on our rental bond (blinds that had never worked $150, sliding in a new oven glass panel $170). We received a suspicious "notice of claim' from NSW Fair Trading for $982.00 the day AFTER we lodged our claim first. Bond Claims had no records of such a claim having been submitted. Had a very bad experience with this real estate team. Didn’t even inform us when the tenant gave notice for vacating the property and no communication with the owner. Left us with paying money from our own pocket. Sent so many emails but no response from the team. The real estate didn’t take any responsibility to check the property once the tenants left and cleaning was shockingly bad.
