We used their Uhaul trailer and had amazing customer service. Clean facility and efficient and friendly service. Will definitely use this location again in the future for our moving/hauling needs.
The location, facility and staff are great here, I love the contactless system and the spaces are great. My one complaint and it’s a serious one I think, there are NO moving carts! They had ONE supermarket shopping cart for the entire facility! That was obviously totally inadequate! I mean come on, how is someone expected to load large, heavy boxes into a shopping cart!? The facility I left in another state had a dozen carts, as expected. The shopping cart fell while I was using it, TWICE, breaking a couple of glass kitchen ... read more
Clean clean clean!! Bathroom smelled clean like it had recently been detailed, storage halls were free of trash, and has a beautiful lil lobby with plants. Prices are better than anywhere else I could find. This place is air-conditioned, and is secure. Charles at the front desk was kind and friendly.
Convenient if you are moving around n and out of 75126. Usually a short wait, but professional staff.
