Poor quality, builder :(
I purchased a home from Keyland Homes. Our home had numerous electrical and water problems. During the final walk-through, Keyland representatives lied and said they had fixed the water issues. We have water damage in our home, in the tens of thousands of dollars. Keyland has not fixed the problems, and stopped replying to our emails and phone calls. I agree with the other two reviews: Very poor responsiveness and customer service. Once the sale is done, Keyland will intermittently reply to emails but never fix anything well. Build quality is questionable too. We have made multiple attempts to contact Keyland Homes to fix deficient items that fall within the warranty period. Months ago, Keyland did send a rep to inspect the home who found the same deficiencies but no one has actually repaired the deficiencies.
