I had minimally invasive spinal nerve decompression surgery from Dr Shon cook on December 17th 2025. I had suffered for years with debilitating spinal stenosis and nerve compression at L3 L4 and L4 L5 and felt like I was crippled and not too long from requiring a wheelchair at 66 years old after suffering for 8 years. So thankful for Dr. Cook! I needed to have spinal fusion and was in terrible pain while waiting to be seen by a neurosurgeon. I was referred to Dr. Cook and I am so thankful for that referral. Dr Cook is phenomenal!!!! I have chiari malformation and needed to have surgery right away. My doctor referred me to Dr Cook and right away I was blown away by him and his staff! Dr Cook was straight to the point about the seriousness of this surgery, as well as what he could do. (I appreciated that!) The staff set my surgery date up and was having surgery very soon afterwards! Surgery went well and was back to my old self in no time! Thank you Dr Cook! Dr. Cook is amazing!!! After almost a year and a half of numbness and tingling in my left hand and months of physical therapy and other treatment, Dr. Cook performed surgery for my ulnar neuropathy and now I can feel my hand again! Recovery was simple and fast because of his technique. His office is excellent at communication and scheduling. They are kind and professional and truly care. I highly recommend Dr. Shon Cook!
