Terrible service department. Paul Zavala tried to charge me for a complimentary service. And I got a low tire pressure warning the next day after waiting 3 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation.
I bought my car from Wolfgang at Toyota of Van Nuys, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most helpful and professional people I’ve dealt with. Even after the purchase, he’s always available, responsive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns. I really appreciate his support and how easy he made the whole process. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for someone who truly cares.
David Parada was very kind, respectful and helpful, he made the entire process very pleasant and because of his professionalism i will now only be coming here for all of my car care and maintenance needs.
Mostly good with one main issue. First the bill does not clearly show labor costs itemized to services, there are plenty of empty columns for this. Not cheap, but they do fix the car.
