Excellent customer service This summer we were having problems getting the water balance in our pool accurate so my husband took a sample of water to Keyes pool and was honest with them about having not purchased the pool from them but needed help balancing the water. The were more than happy to test the water for him and give him hints and advice on what to do. They were knowledgeable, (and 100% correct) helpful and generous with their resources and time. not good Bought a pool heater a year ago. Looked really clean, was told it had barely been used and was less than a year old. The heater has never worked for more than 5 days. Had it worked on by 2 different companies and 3 different repair guys. (3 trips) Still doesn't work. When told about the problem was told to 'bring it back, we'll work on it'. It's INSTALLED, and I'm in 2 hours away. Poor customer service.
