From the time i got there the porter that help me to the service advisor she was really helpful service was excelente
I brought my 2017 RX350 in for an oil change. The vehicle was returned later than promised, and the car wash that was mentioned was not completed. I also requested a copy of the Lexus-recommended maintenance list but was not provided one. I expected better communication and professionalism from a Lexus service department.
