I brought my 2018 is350 in to pursue a warranty repair through carmax insurance. Bill H. was the primary person handling the situation. Working with him made the process pretty pain-free. He kept me updated along the way and was very transparent about the steps being taken. Not only was the original issue resolved, they found a couple of other items within the warranty window that I was able to get replaced at no extra cost to me.
Laso and John awful managers they give bad service , no friendly , no even good attitude, those guys don’t know how to work with customers
Unfortunately, our experience with this auto repair shop was extremely disappointing. Manager Laso and John showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect when dealing with us as customers.
