I visited this service center to get a warranty work done for my 2024 Sonata Hybrid and I had wonderful interactions with Cassandra and Christian. Cassandra helped secured me a loaner car in short notice when my car needed to stay there for a few days. She was wonderful and kept in touch with me to make sure that everything was okay. It was my first visit and they gave a pretty good first impression.
My only “complaint” is that every time I come, it takes way too long from the time I pull in to drop my car off until someone actually helps me and takes my car (15-30 minutes). Toyota has enough advisors working that you never wait more than 5 minutes to be helped once you pull in to the driveway. Otherwise, service was great
I had three oil change at keys and he first two everything went great. The last time that happened about a week ago not as good. My appointment was at 12:00pm. I got there 20 minutes early and I had to wait until 12:24 for someone to come and help me. I personally asked when my car would be ready and when I came back to pick up my car I had to wait another hour as the service man was not even there to help me for another hour.
Lack of awareness. Lack of social skills. Lack of communication. Appointment times mean nothing. Lazy booth attendants. Be better. Can't generate recall order part unless I am physically there with the vehicle. Unacceptable. You want me to drive all the way there just so you can NOT fix my car??? Unheard of. Just order the part.
