Do not get your vehicle maintenance performed at this location. After scheduling an appointment, writing what is needed in the description box, and arriving before time, the check in agent had no idea what I was there for. She had me do quite a bit of leg work she could have done. Lazy. I will not be returning.

Par for the course! Once the car is purchased and car is off the lot, EVERYONE disappears!! Read EVERY line item on your contract! $800 for Nitrogen pre-load for tires! Scam! Have this removed immediately! You can load Nitrogen in tires at Costco for practically nothing if that's what you prefer over God's free air! I didn't purchase my Ioniq from here but this is my closest dealer/ maintenance shop. Dropped my car off for service a couple days ago, hope I don't deal with the same concerns I see in the reviews, as of now I have been happy with the service, may re-review after I get my car back.
