I just leased an EQE from Keys European less than 2 months ago. I’ve been to the dealership for service 2 times now. 1st time they had my car for almost a week. For a loaner vehicle they provided a gas car not equivalent to what I actually pay for. I haven’t been to a gas station in 10 years. It takes $15 to travel 350 miles with the EQE. Always a pressure getting my car service here, Scott Fuchs alway have great customer service.
I have been to two different Mercedes dealerships since 5,000 miles regarding noise and vibration in my car. They first said they could not hear or feel anything. There was nothing wrong with the car. Although I claimed I did not agree with the diagnostics. Also, the parking sensors were constantly going off and the car would occasionally slow down and vibrate.
