Would give zero if was available. I paid for a home policy in full last July. I paid for an inspection $125 and forwarded to the broker. For the next six months they called relentlessly every week about scheduling a inspection. When I explained I had one and told them to just cancle and refund my money it fell on Def ears. Charles was great, easy to deal with, understands the process, and is a true pro in that he works with the insurers to make sure that unneeded exclusions are not secretly placed into the policy.
