Consistently bad service. Belittling behavior from staff to customers, incorrect orders, and I've given them multiple chances. Do not use.
We were sent the wrong parts for our CPAP we live out of town and have to travel about an hour and a half one way to get to Minot. We called when we found out they had sent us the wrong parts for the machine, we asked if there was a way to mail the unopened parts since we live out of town, as usual the non caring staff ignored what we asked and just repeated the hours they were open. I went to Keycare to get a replacement Bipap machine and was told that I needed a new sleep study despite the fact that I had already had one and this was my fifth replacement Bipap. Not true. I went to Sanford Medical and had the new Bipap within one week. I would never use or trust Keycare again.
Bought a hip surgery kit. I never opened the bag that was in the box. Got some of the gear elsewhere and wanted to return the kit. I was told it was personalized and it couldn’t be returned. It is a generic kit! Nothing personalized in it. Terrible customer service. I can see why their reviews are so low! I have had way better service at Sanford Medical Supply.
