Contacted them about knee brace, they called me back and said my share of the cost would be $262 and the rest would be covered by insurance. I approved that amount but, 45 days later I got a statement for an additional $400. Called to question them and basically got a "we tried" and "nothing we can do" answer. Don't even think about this place! look for alternatives! Very poor arrangements! I was sent to a collection agency even though i wasnt owing and when i called keycare i was told to ignore it but the collection agency maintained their position and threatened to mess my good credit up!
This is a total joke. I've been waiting almost a month for a new cushion when I could just order it online and get it in a week. I tried to support a local business, and now I regret it. The front office staff are super rude and condescending. After they messed up multiple times, the nurse offered to drop-ship my mask, but then one of the office staff immediately jumped in and said they couldn't because they wouldn't make a profit. Consistently bad service. Belittling behavior from staff to customers, incorrect orders, and I've given them multiple chances. Do not use.
We were sent the wrong parts for our CPAP we live out of town and have to travel about an hour and a half one way to get to Minot. We called when we found out they had sent us the wrong parts for the machine, we asked if there was a way to mail the unopened parts since we live out of town, as usual the non caring staff ignored what we asked and just repeated the hours they were open.
