We were sent the wrong parts for our CPAP we live out of town and have to travel about an hour and a half one way to get to Minot. We called when we found out they had sent us the wrong parts for the machine, we asked if there was a way to mail the unopened parts since we live out of town, as usual the non caring staff ignored what we asked and just repeated the hours they were open. I went to Keycare to get a replacement Bipap machine and was told that I needed a new sleep study despite the fact that I had already had one and this was my fifth replacement Bipap. Not true. I went to Sanford Medical and had the new Bipap within one week. I would never use or trust Keycare again.

Bought a hip surgery kit. I never opened the bag that was in the box. Got some of the gear elsewhere and wanted to return the kit. I was told it was personalized and it couldn’t be returned. It is a generic kit! Nothing personalized in it. Terrible customer service. I can see why their reviews are so low! I have had way better service at Sanford Medical Supply. Waited 15 minutes just to hand someone a piece of equipment. ALSO said equipment worked for about 20 minutes. Thank GOD my mother in law had another oxygen tank on the trip to Bismarck. The person who took the machine informed me the machines aren't very reliable. WHY DO YOU HAND THEM OUT THEN? what would we have done without the oxygen tank we brought as a spare??? I am unimpressed.
