Okay so whoever the old man is that works the open mic nights needs to go. First of all he is rude to the Implulse workers and cusses out of anger in front of everyone. He is an embarrassment to your company and if you guys allow him to continue hosting events you will fail as a company. My wife practiced a song for a month and signed up when she got there to go on and then the rude old man gave her a hard time that he couldn't find her name and said she couldn't go on. Got my feet board ebonized. Tech did a great job. Definitely would recommend this shop.
Update: I had a recent issue with my guitar setup and was not able to reach a manager, please call me, you should have my info in the system ———————————— I just had a super inspiring visit. Their stuff is very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing all information they have as well as just chatting about music! So many times I came to a guitar center asking for an advise and no one cared just shrugging and responding - we don’t know. Impulse Music have interesting instruments brands I never heard of before
