They lost my title to my vehicle, the first person I spoke with told me that the dealership never sent them the title (Lie!) I spoke with the dealership who has record of sending them the title of course. After going to the new jersey motor vehicle, waiting for 9 hours due to covid and being turned away because whoever wrote the lien termination letter wrote the vin number for the vehicle incorrectly!
