Kai was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made my kids excited to do a bank trip with his fun Legos!
I opened a new account at KeyBank and worked with Kai, the Relationship Manager, to set everything up. Unfortunately, there were multiple errors during the process. My first name was spelled incorrectly on my debit card, and my last name was also entered incorrectly in my online banking username. Kai Coleman and Edgar Ortiz could not have been nicer or more helpful! I had my purse stolen just before Christmas. Still in a daze when I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and warmth and guided through the canceling of my debit card and getting much needed cash. I felt cared for at a vulnerable time and can’t say enough about these two men. Thank you!!
