Great service, staff is very knowledgeable.
I went to this branch yesterday to open a Representative payee account for my brother-as I had been instructed to do by SSA-The experience left much to be desired-The personal banker opening the account ( Sherri)told me she would need to consult with a colleague that had been there for decades(Chris)okay great-however when you are dealing with someone's personal business, you don't yell across the branch & ask questions to the other person, either get up & ask questions or phone over to that person-next when another question... read more
