I have been using Key Bank and other banks for decades at various locations throughout Maine. Key Bank Newport is remarkably different from the others. I began using the Newport branch after some assistance by Kayla. She, and the other tellers were surprisingly knowledgeable about features of a variety of accounts and helped me maneuver to more convenient and higher yielding accounts. I have shifted much of my account management to the Newport team. I really appreciate them.
ATM ate my debit card
So I'm into this Bank twice in the past with change just coins and I go in there and I give him my coins and they just give me money well today is Tuesday and I came over there to try to get to do the same thing but this time the manager is decide to give me a hard time to say they do they do not exchange money unless you're having account here isn't that horrible that was horrible customer service
