I go to this branch frequently. Outstanding service. Professional and competent. Very friendly greetings with a smile.
Glastonbury is one of the worst branches of KeyBank by far. On the behalf of my mother, I have spoken to multiple bank tellers and personally the branch manager to resolve this credit card payment issue, but they are all incompetent in coming to a consensus to resolve this matter. It has been almost TWO WEEKS. The credit card (CC) statement balance was due on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, and I was there with my mom in person to help her pay the CC statement balance in full.
