Glastonbury is one of the worst branches of KeyBank by far. On the behalf of my mother, I have spoken to multiple bank tellers and personally the branch manager to resolve this credit card payment issue, but they are all incompetent in coming to a consensus to resolve this matter. It has been almost TWO WEEKS. The credit card (CC) statement balance was due on Tuesday, July 16th, 2024, and I was there with my mom in person to help her pay the CC statement balance in full. Terrible customer service, take way too long, and barely do their job. Let alone having such low withdrawal limits on the atm. This bank is awful go somewhere else.

Drive thru not opened at 9am then waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes for customer ahead of me
