Friendly staff, no waiting.
They are the worst!!!! DO NOT OPEN an account here. You can't send a wire without going into the branch. They can't do anything over the phone. Their customer service is awful. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE. They waste your time, hang up on you and have no answers! I am disgusted.
If you’re considering banking with Key Bank, prepare yourself for a masterclass in time-wasting and frustration. My recent experience has been a perfect storm of poor management.
