I occasionally used this branch when I was in the Worthington area. Bankers and tellers were always friendly.

Does not reflect the services provided at this location. Can’t begin to describe the frustration of these people (on the phone). While I appreciate the thorough security precautions they take, it certainly makes it very difficult to help my elderly mother who can’t speak English. Spent 30mins and a translator service later on the call just for the teller to say the ACH routing on the App is different than the desktop version. Really?!?!? How will you solve my issue of late fee for her loan caused by your lack of better UX!!!... read more
