This bank it absolutely horrible! My credit card expired before they sent another. I told them I do not ever want that to happen again. My debit card expires end of June. Think they sent new one? What kind of ATM doesn't have $5s and $10s. This ATM only has $20s and $50s. Not everyone wants big bills! That makes zero sense.
I'm new to KeyBank and recently came in to open checking/savings accounts, my banker was Billie Jean and she was absolutely phenomenal! She's clearly passionate about her job and made me feel very welcomed! I've come to have a favorite teller now too, Joshalynn!
