They have a bank teller that works there that has this amazing memory.
Visted the Clay office the other day. The bank rep was good at explaining the details of the product I was interested in. She even emailed my rep at the bank in Niagara Falls. That rep called within an half hour. Awesome service. The answer was not to my liking. However ,the service was top notch. I am very happy with both Reps.
This bank it absolutely horrible! My credit card expired before they sent another. I told them I do not ever want that to happen again. My debit card expires end of June. Think they sent new one? Spoke to Michelle today who is absolutely horrible. Told her I leave for vacation the 25th. Think she cares? Think she is sending one i.b mail? Oh you will receive it on 12th plenty of time!
