Cant give 0. But I deposit a check and it was in my account next day. Go to get money with it in my account. Was told no that they don't know why I received the check and that they would start investigating. Check money remained in account another week. Then the account was locked and I began getting nasty letters. I wasn't aware I had to tell anyone why I received money from someone. This atm is absolutely horrible never deposit using it. It will take your money. This has happened multiple times at this location.

It's a good bank , they've always treated me right
Jason Lawhorn was managing my equity loan application (after it was approved and we moved forward) and he was so incompetent and lazy that it sat so long with the underwriters without him replying to them or me that my loan offer expired (we lost at least 2 weeks due to Jason. He would take a week to reply to any question and most times I had to email him 2 or 3 times before he would reply.) I will drive out of my way to a different branch to avoid Jason Lawhorn in the future!
