Me and my husband been with keybank amelia since 1981. We have been treaded good. Stayed with them this long because manegers always very helpfull and kind. I cant say that for the current manager tho.
Cant give 0. But I deposit a check and it was in my account next day. Go to get money with it in my account. Was told no that they don't know why I received the check and that they would start investigating. Check money remained in account another week. Then the account was locked and I began getting nasty letters. I wasn't aware I had to tell anyone why I received money from someone. This atm is absolutely horrible never deposit using it. It will take your money. This has happened multiple times at this location.
