If this is the type of workers they have representing their company, i’d be sure to make this public. This type of behaviour is not only uncalled for, but sick, twisted, disgusting & inhumane. This is a father of 2 kids & married, yet has no problem speaking to strangers this way. Genuinely needs some psychological help. Horrible institution for keeping around a man who harasses others.
Slowest bank I've ever been too
Jonzio at Westgate branch went out of his way to help me. He was patient and walked me thru the problem. Never got irritated. When I come into the bank, he always a a smile. He should train the customer service office people,,
