I obtained all necessary documentation from the Erie County Surrogate court to obtain the funds from my mother's accounts as I need to take care of her estate. The other bank in which she had an account complied immediately. Keybank, on the other hand, has done nothing but tell me that the legal department hasn't replied. It's nearly a 900 mile round trip, as well as at least one day of work time for me to deal with these people in person. Their delay is costing my famil... read more

Great service helped me with where to put my money
I went into the drive through, forgetting how many things I actually needed to do. I had to check my name on my account (since I recently got married and changed it), get 3 counter checks, order 2 debit cards for 2 different accounts, order regular checks with my new name and address, and take out money from an account - and Jennifer killed it!
