DO NOT join this bank if you plan on moving out of state. It has been incredibly difficult to get funds moved around to buy my home, AND ridiculously hard to get funds transferred from bank to new bank without being in person to do so. I canceled my secure credit card after two years and no offer for a standard credit card . I had to pay my balance first which I think is a joke, just a way for them to make more money for those whom don't have the funds to do that. Key bank told me to expect 30 days before I get my money! I wonder why it takes so long . FYI remember they are doing you no favor giving you a secured credit card they have every thing to gain and nothing to loose.

I have been with Keybank for around 5 years, and they have been great. Casey and all the others are always friendly and helpful, and they often go above and beyond. In hundreds of visits there over several years, I cannot recall a single negative experience.
