I am Key Bank customer for nearly 33 years, and I always had a great experience. I comes down to knowing some banking rules, being responsible with my money, never bounced a check in my life, and having a great credit. I do most of my banking on internet these days, but when I go to the Parkland branch I always have a great experience.
Key Bank has been judgmental and unprofessional in my experience. Instead of treating me with respect as a customer and business professional, I felt dismissed and unfairly evaluated. Their approach lacks professionalism and reliability, and I would not recommend banking here.
