The email notification system needs to be updated. If someone sends a request via Zelle, the email shows required. This is factually incorrect. There’s a reason it’s called a request not a requirement. A request is a polite ask that you can say no to, while a requirement is a mandatory rule or need that you must fulfill.
This is the absolute worst bank. They shouldn't even be in business. They have the worst employees and they don't offer anything to help build your credit. Very little to choose from. I have had nothing but negative experience time after time. The worst bank that is in existence.
Usually very fast and helpful, this time there’s no urgency or help. The teller is just laughing and holding a personal conversation.
Opened a checking account here a couple of months ago with Hillary and she was amazing! She made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel confident trusting Keybank with my money. 10/10
