When using Remote Deposit Capture (deposit by smartphone) at this bank you can scrub a received check to increase the dollar amount to the quantity you choose! Even though banks are required by law to use advanced imaging technology, including algorithms (computer AI detection), to prevent fraudulent checks from being cashed, apparently, the KeyBank detection system doesn't work. Great service
A decent bank just can't cash a pay check has to de deposited and takes at least 2 business days before you can get it they will only give you $100 at the time of deposit I've had it take a week for the check to hit my account when using mobile deposit or the atm
Figured I'd write a review since most of these reviews are old on here and they definitely don't deserve a 1.8 star! Ever since we moved to the area and needed a new bank they have always been very kind and helpful! Every experience we have had with them has been fantastic! I would say the only bad thing is their atm machine it does not like to take checks half the time. But otherwise everyone who works there is absolutely wonderful!
This is one of the worst business account banking in union town pennsylvania.. 10/29/24 I have an issue with viewing statement. And my account went in the bank. I stand up there 18 minutes before someone come and assist me.And because the bank is closed by time they come to assist. They did not resolve the issue instead she giving me a number that I need to call even though the account manager could not even log into the account itself.
