I have been a customer at this Key Bank branch for some time, and I am consistently disappointed with the service. Every time I come in to do a transaction, it’s a frustrating experience. The staff seems confused, non-knowledgeable, and completely inept at handling even the most basic banking tasks. Every interaction takes about three times longer than it should, which is both inconvenient and baffling. Service went above and beyond to help me and my husband get our account up and running. I have a feeling anywhere else our situation would have been more of a hassle and I’m so happy it went so smooth. Thalia was amazing at guiding us through the process and patient with all of our questions.
Justin Ziehnert has been my moms banker for the past couple years. He was in Lake Grove but when he moved to the Lake Oswego branch we definitely followed him there. My mom has dementia, and hasn’t been able to manage her banking the past couple years. He’s helped us in a number of ways. One was Mom was charging things on her credit card that were scams. The worst bank around! Nobody works there! Complete embosils. They can't even make simple transactions. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time. Much better banks around
Great Branch Manager!! Weve been banking here for 9 years. Our Branch Manager, Megan Reggiani provides a great atmosphere, and terrific service. She recently assisted us for a last-minute notary need and was able to deliver without complications. She is Awesome!!
