Senior citizen here....bank has been charging me 20 dollars a month for a savings account even though I asked at the time I withdrew a larger sum of money if there would be any charges when asked if I wanted a savings account......they said no at the window....The abusive acting manager told me I should have read the fine print...I was entitled to a free savings since I also bank there....she admonished me for taking up her time.....she jumped up rushed toward me became more verbally abusive insisted I leave the bank....her ... read more
In typical KeyBank fashion, there’s one teller to handle the line while the manager sits in their cubicle and ignores the long wait for customers. The teller Bell, did a great job though. Just so tired of the long wait every time I visit a KeyBank.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in 30 years of banking. I move several thousand dollars through my accounts here and they let me know they had no interest in dealing with my issue, and when I said I'd close my accounts they didn't care. So today I switched my 3 direct deposits and I am moving to a bank that has customer service. The bank manager Mr Hernandez lost a good customer
Not a happy person. Made a mobile deposit on Saturday, was told my funds would be available on the next business day. Here I am not able to make my payments because I am still waiting. I talked to three different halfwits from this stupid bank. All of which gave me the same monotone, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't really do anything for you." horrible customer service. Horrible banking service. Thank you for the late fees key bank. You suck!
Depending on the tellers mood in the drive thru I guess determines if they let you get a money order thru the drive-thru teller . I’ve gotten plenty of money orders in the last 2 years and not one of them have I had to go into the building for . But now all of a sudden they aren’t supposed to do it . I guess it will be like a game of Yahtzee now on if you can or can’t
