If I could give zero stars I would. Went in this bank as I needed an actual bank instead my online banks ( over 10 years-no issues) because I would be coming into large sums of money. Savannah, the personal banker, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I explained that I have had multiple identity theft issues and brought in the paperwork from the police reports, IRS and other agencies I even provided my SS card, valid DL and a second ID.
