Train the customer service phone staff and require them to be responsible. Customers have to go through the toll free number and phone tree rather than have direct numbers to reach supervisors for follow up. Executive client services staff (who report directly to the president of the bank) ignored their own guidelines of three days to return phone calls and lacked basic and professional customer service skills that should be expected in every customer service situation (and even more at this level)!
Hey, thanks for not posting anything on your web site or even on the bank front that you'll be spending the entire work day "volunteering" at the homeless shelter. Volunteer on your own time please, some of us don't want to go all the way into Salem to talk to a bank teller.
He deposited his paycheck last night at the ATM... it came back as $18... I went there this morning and they gave me the number to the ATM place, which is M-F and it's Saturday. I told her I am not leaving until this is resolved. She then told me to call Key customer service, who is going to reimburse but it won't hit our account until Tuesday because of the weekend and Monday being a holiday. We have rent due TODAY!!
