I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with a bank. I tried to deposit money for 4 days and they lost my cash deposit. They charged me $120 in overdraft charges that should have never happened if they had just done my deposit correctly the first 2 times. And now they are charging me $50 to close my accounts because THEY messed up. Never again will I bank at Key Bank.
