Been with them for nearly 40 years
Staff- great. Key support- I’ve been here an HOUR waiting for someone to get the printer (the?) working for me to sign a document. One document…….so support- pathetic. This is exactly why people are going to online- you don’t give your staff what they need to not have aggravated,dissatisfied customers.
