Always a good experience
Customer service seriously needs to be reevaluated. Mac was very snarky with how she spoke to me. I do not understand what I did to make her speak to me that way. I already had done what she requested. She did not look close enough to see that I did.
POOR POOR TIME MANAGEMENT BY THE MANAGER!!! I HAVE GONE HERE MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO HEAR: SHE IS ON LUNCH. DOES SHE TAKE 3HRS ON LUNCH????? LITERALLY, SHE IS NEVER AROUND LEAVING THE EMPLOYEES TO SUFFER!!!!! SHE NEEDS TO WAKE UP!!!!! TO MAKE IT WORSE, IT SEEMS THE STAFF ARE TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES INSTEAD OF HELPING US!!!!
Went to set up a checking account and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes until they had NO customers and didn't have a single person ask to help me. I guess I dodged a bad experience by walking out of a business withTERRIBLE customer service.
