I dislike the fact that there is a worker inside the Niskayuna location wearing meta glasses. It should be company policy where you are not allowed to wear a camera while handling such sensitive information. So just be aware of that when going to the Niskayuna location on Consaul Road.
KeyBank really held my student refund check hostage. Deposited April 30 → funds held until May 9. Over a week. For MY money. I’ve never had a check take more than the next business day, so this was beyond ridiculous. And the best part? No one told me at the time of deposit. Zero transparency. The worst customer service. The manager is rude and talks downs to you while you’re trying to explain yourself. Don’t deposit your money in this bank and especially via mobile deposit. They will put long unnecessary holds on your money. after decades long relationship this branch especially go out of there way to value that at zero. Be aware and bank and invest elsewhere. KeyBank you should be ashamed this is how you allow your company to be represented.
Having been a Key customer for almost 3 decades I was dissatisfied with the branch manager’s response when trying to coordinate an appointment time for a routine matter. I experienced minimal effort and very little flexibility on his part when I called for help on a timely matter. I’ve experienced better service and support at the Latham branch.
My parents have banked with Key since the late 90s and they’ve been so welcoming & helpful to me as my father ages. Kevin; who we work with quite often has a fantastic relationship with my dad & I’m very thankful for everything they’ve done for us at the Consaul Rd AND Altamont Ave branch.
