Bank is a dump. Movement is starting to get this branch put out of business. Take your money out of this place
Horrible when you park there after hours of operation. I had my two kids they held my car ransom and demanded 320$ cash! Obviously they debit what comes in and credit what goes out. No empathy, sympathy or philanthropy! Never a problem when HSBC was in that spot. Please don't trust them with your money! They just acquired and obviously can't get enough accounts so are making money this way! Also this is their side parking lot! This is a horrible bank with no principles, empathy or sympathy, they are ruthless and definitely don't keep the community top of mind. They moved in recently into an old community like Nyack and harass a mother with two little children for parking in their side parking lot after office hours at 7.30 pm. They charged me 320$ for parking on their side lot at 7.30 p.m. Their Towing company pulled the car in front of me, I had my toddler and Five-year-old trailing behind me. ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible when you park in the evening there under 30 min and you are customer of them you get towed how is that coool something shady is going on,when you call the cops and ask where is your car is they dont know !!!! Its not said clear where they will towed car! Chase let park anybody in there parking lot over night i will change the bank !!!!!!!!!
