My husband deposited his paycheck, we had rent due the next day. The ATM read it as $18 which was several hundred short of the amount. I went into my local branch, they tried to have me call the ATM customer service, which is only M-F and it was a Saturday. So they had me call Key customer service, which said the difference will be in my bank in 3 days. Thus, we incurred a $50 late fee on rent. That we can't afford. We will be changing banks.
