Have always found this branch in Eastlake with outstanding customer service. They’ve answered any questions I have and have gone the xtra mile to help me accomplish my goals. Been there more than a decade.
This location is horrible. I had an issue with not being able to add my daughter to my account as a benefiary. The one guy who has a cubicle all the way to right said they couldn't add her. And there is nothing i could do about it. The branch manager gave me a different alternative which I didn't like. Then I went to the Eastlake location and they actually cared. I couldn't be more disgusted and downright disappointed with the customer service from this branch and their branch manager. I deposited a check into my account about a week ago. I was told by the bank teller there shouldn't be any hold on it if i placed it in a certain account. The next day, there was a hold and it told me there'd be a hold for a full WEEK.
