UPDATE: KeyBank is absolutely the worst bank I have ever used. We have been clients for about two years, and they rarely get anything right. Their online bill pay system is a total mess. I just tried to pay our trash bill—which has always been electronic—and the system suddenly claimed it was a paper check, while indicating there's no address in the system because it's an electronic payment. Have always found this branch in Eastlake with outstanding customer service. They’ve answered any questions I have and have gone the xtra mile to help me accomplish my goals. Been there more than a decade.
This location is horrible. I had an issue with not being able to add my daughter to my account as a benefiary. The one guy who has a cubicle all the way to right said they couldn't add her. And there is nothing i could do about it. The branch manager gave me a different alternative which I didn't like. Then I went to the Eastlake location and they actually cared.
