Honestly sad that a bank of this size is incompetent to this point. The staff always seem like they don’t want be there and make frequent mistakes while counting your cash and you have to double account it and the manager I believe her name is tarisa (may be incorrect) is very unprofessional and tends to brush clients off or constantly talks over them. Gates store is the only store I go too and Never had a problem with them
Everyone there is very competent and friendly. I've been frequenting this bank for decades and have never had a negative experience. They seem to go the extra mile to be nice and provide prompt service.
I have banked here for years. The Branch Manager as well as the entire staff are great. Very helpful, friendly, and accommodating!
