Just a terrible experience overall. No ATM in the branch which is a first for me. Every time you need anything its a hassle, they either can't help you, give you an 800# to call or tell you to schedule an appointment for simple things like a notary. I'm moving my business and personal accounts. There's no value here anymore.
I have been banking here for 5 years amazing people great service
Everyone who works there has been friendly and very helpful. I bank there for myself, a business I operate, as well as non-profit I am treasurer for. The lobby people: from tellers to managers have been great. Highly recommend if banking in Cortland.
