Katie was very attentive and knowledgeable with all of the aspects of what to do.
I made 2 appointments for Saturday morning, one at 10 am to open a checking acct, one at 11 for a notary signature. Upon arrival I was told I had a 10 am appointment with a girl that did not work Saturdays from a teller that was shouting at me across the lobby. I was told I would have to wait until 11am for my notary appointment. I got in line so I could verify that the notary was available if I waited until 11.
