This bank is a complete joke. They tell you one thing and do another with mistake after mistake I have honestly never seen a bank like this in my life I’m not sure how they are still in business. I am leaving this review because I am like wow!. Maybe these people were not trained im not sure. If you like your accounts being played with and mistake after mistake then I recommend banking here
Very disappoint with this key bank branch and Luke D. My Wife just opened a checking account and they didn’t even tell her the checking account options or asked which one she wanted they just opened the one with fees.
I'm modifying my review because I have been with Key Bank for more than 5 years now. I had some trouble with the online banking a while back but got it all straightened out. The banking staff are kind, courteous, and helpful. I'm very happy with the services they provide.
