Very disappoint with this key bank branch and Luke D. My Wife just opened a checking account and they didn’t even tell her the checking account options or asked which one she wanted they just opened the one with fees.
I'm modifying my review because I have been with Key Bank for more than 5 years now. I had some trouble with the online banking a while back but got it all straightened out. The banking staff are kind, courteous, and helpful. I'm very happy with the services they provide.
The branch is efficient, always staffed with great people that are willing to work through the hard requests as well as the simple daily routine. A delight to walk in the door.
