I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this branch. My husband went inside today to withdraw money after the ATM wouldn’t work, and when he explained that to the teller Lisa actually laughed at him. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s embarrassing for a customer who is simply trying to access their own money. After looking through other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated experience. Customer of mine wrote me a check they said im not a client so they won't cash a check over a certain limit and I asked what the limit was and was told I can't be told because people will try to skim right underneath the amount nor was i asked to open an account which i would have been interested in.How many awful reviews do you allow before doing something about the terrible service instead of responding to every review with statements that resolve nothing?
Won't let you pull 1500 out through drive thru after having ur ID and SSN, make u come inside and wait over 10 mins.
