Customer of mine wrote me a check they said im not a client so they won't cash a check over a certain limit and I asked what the limit was and was told I can't be told because people will try to skim right underneath the amount nor was i asked to open an account which i would have been interested in.How many awful reviews do you allow before doing something about the terrible service instead of responding to every review with statements that resolve nothing?
Won't let you pull 1500 out through drive thru after having ur ID and SSN, make u come inside and wait over 10 mins.
I do all my business and personal banking here they are great people with great service
Charged 7.50 to cash a check that was distributed by Key Bank itself. I will probably never recommend anyone to utilize Key Bank or its associated services.
