Charged 7.50 to cash a check that was distributed by Key Bank itself. I will probably never recommend anyone to utilize Key Bank or its associated services.
I went into the branch asking for a Bank Confirmation Letter (BCL) to prove my university that I have financial resources to afford my university tuition. The Bank Teller told me that there is no such a letter, and only thing she can provide is a transaction history with account summary, I asked to speak with their Branch Manager, I was able to do so. The Branch Manager, Kevin, told me that I have to have a template of a letter first then they can fill in the information and they had no other option to generate this letter. ... read more
