This is the worst bank of any bank anywhere. They are a small town bank and act like it in all the wrong ways. The positives of a small town bank are friendliness and they know clients personally - this bank has none of that !!! They are absolutely incompetent. Today the short red haired teller which sees me on a regular basis refused to cash a check which was a refund from a property deposit due to THE FONT. I had excellent service here. In and out quickly with little fanfare. I had my ID and an account, so there was no reason to have any issues. In any other situation, they can deny you service truly.
I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this branch. My husband went inside today to withdraw money after the ATM wouldn’t work, and when he explained that to the teller Lisa actually laughed at him. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s embarrassing for a customer who is simply trying to access their own money. After looking through other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated experience.
