I had excellent service here. In and out quickly with little fanfare. I had my ID and an account, so there was no reason to have any issues. In any other situation, they can deny you service truly.
I’m really disappointed with the customer service at this branch. My husband went inside today to withdraw money after the ATM wouldn’t work, and when he explained that to the teller Lisa actually laughed at him. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s embarrassing for a customer who is simply trying to access their own money. After looking through other reviews, it seems like this isn’t an isolated experience.
