The people in the Rutland branch are great, except for one rude teller. When you call that branch for information they are very pleasant and helpful. I’m upset that I can’t find out if a check I wrote has been cashed. That’s the online banking not the Rutland branch.
Shut out to Bustleton team! Best and fastest customer service ever. Came for commercial vehicle loan. Applied on Friday, on Monday I drove away my truck. Oksana and Kate did amazing work. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend for business and personal banking.

literally the worst bank ever dude. i cant even explain it. customer support is insanely rude. i work a crappy job, pulling 100 bucks a week and i have my overdraft off so it wont overdraft me but this is the second time theyve done this. the lady on the phone said with a very rude tone, "well, maybe next time you should just have more money in your account" .
Kennewick KeyBank is the worst bank ever on planet Earth I was charged $33 38.50 and a $28.50 overdraft and tier 2 and a recorring overdraft. For a .67 cent transaction. KeyBank also has their call centers in the Philippines how do you feel about another country hugging all your personal information I don't like it
There ATM ate my bank card. So either the next morning to talk to the manager about getting my card out. As soon as he heard it wasn't a key Bank card. His whole attitude towards me changed. Went from being nice to being ignorant being helpful to being useless. There was a guy working on the ATM he had it open. He told me if the bank person size says it's okay I can give you your card. Horrible financial institution. Customer services are so bad and no provide any response.
This was my first visit to a KeyBank. I complimented the place and I even considered signing up for the new experience. That was until I realized my brother was being mistreated at the counter. The teller’s tone of voice was rude and I feel as if they always treat their clients like that. Maybe we weren’t taken seriously because we are in our 20’s? I’ve honestly never had an experience like that in any other bank (SEFCU, Trustco, Chase, AMex or Disocver) until now.
