Excellent service.
Bank manger refused to deposit my check that I got for the overage tax on purchase of my new car. They could have taken it but refused bc they might question it. Even when I said that was fine. I was then told no he wouldn't take it. I will never go to this location again.
My husband went to deposit some checks that he got from his insurance at work. They sent them to him because he had quit and found a new job. When he went to deposit them he was questioned if they were reprinted? If they’re were mailed? If they were real? And that they were going to be put on hold until further investigated. Worst bank branch i have dealt with in 10 years of banking. Not KeyBank itself but the staff that represented the bank, just a disappointing experience of a simple situation. The keybank location in bristol ,indiana was great though recommend them if you are to deal with this bank.
