I just wanna give a shout out to Deanna, Katie and Edgar at the Lake Stevens branch. Every time I enter the building, they greet me with a smile and by My name! I visit frequently at least twice a week for personal and business needs. All three of them always handle all of my needs quickly and efficiently! I always look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I visit! I just wanted to tell them thank you and let them know how much I appreciate them! I recommend KeyBank 10 out of 10
Helpful, quick service, always a smile
The staff is friendly enough but unfortunately has their hands tied by Key Banks awful processes, app, and a general inability to service their business accounts/loans. Somehow not all Key Bank products are even visible to the staff... I opened the loan at the branch. Without diving into specifics they seem to make everything as difficult as possible, take as long as possible, and give little ability for staff to resolve simple tasks. Went it regarding a couple of things and I had the pleasure of meeting Norma! She was fantastic gave clear instructions and guidance to help me out and I learned a lot from her! Very informative, professional and outstanding customer service.
I absolutely love this branch! Norma is super friendly. While I was there, another account holder walked in and she called her by name as she welcomed her into the bank. I feel like they care about people and enjoy taking care of us. I highly recommend this branch!
