I have been dealing with this bank for years. And today I had a pretty big issue and it was the first time working with Kim and she is hands down the best banker to deal with. Easy to talk to, very helpful, super professional, and funny I would definitely recommend seeing Kim if you have an option.

KeyBank says, “Our clients are at the center of everything we do.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience as a business owner. I opened business accounts, deposited over $220,000, and applied for business credit cards expecting a strong relationship with a bank that markets itself as client-focused. I wanna share my experience with this bank and the people that work for KeyBank. I have fraud in my account and they still allow the same people to Go to my account and take $200 a day they told me that they were reject the Payment at midnight, the problem is that the same people goes every day for $200 Meaning every day I got $200 in my account that I cannot use because they allow this fraudulent charges to go through I talk to multiple management from Ogden to Provo and I don’t know what to do.
