This Key Bank location has by far the best customer service of any bank I've banked with. One of the tellers, Shanna I think is her name? Well she met me when I did my initial deposit a couple months ago, and has remembered my name ever since. I have only been inside 2 more times weeks apart and she still remembers my name. I find that so impressive. KUDOS to her!!! She deserves some major recognition!
